A story by Lewyth (Sorry for my crappy english!)

I still make old school websites for the sake of good times, and I still use Internet Explorer because no other browser makes websites look as I want them to (I need my color scrollbars and effects on the links!).

I miss my fanlistings a lot =( I stopped having a fanlisting section on my blog because of the lack of fanlistings about my favorite things. I just couldn't make all of them by myself. I also miss those times when people had buttons to link their blogs, the typical 88x31 or 31x31 buttons =) I still use them, but as most of my affiliates don't have buttons of their own I had to start linking them with text links... *sigh*

I miss when websites were pretty instead of plain and boring. I loved chromeless, and shines about series/videogames/characters. And I effing miss 4:3 monitors!!!! ;_;

A story by Shiori It's been some twelve years since I started designing. While so many things have changed about the way we design and our motivations for designing, the passion we all hold is fairly constant. I think that's what keeps me in the community and making sites. It's a passionate experience. ^^

A story by Todd I still hold tight to a lot of things that people have abandoned. I think I might have the only domain that still has a guestbook, lol. I miss the days when buttons and banners could be (and most often were) ugly. I miss having 100 cliques and rings I could join instead of the 5 or 6 that exist today. I miss marquees on sites, polls, and top 25 site lists. I miss my FastCounter by bCentral and my Bravenet resources.
